Notes:

• Energy is calculated based on the caloric content of strawberries, xylitol, pectin, and lemon juice.
• Protein is derived from the strawberries and pectin.
• Glycemic Carbs include all carbohydrates excluding fiber.
• Sugars primarily come from strawberries, while Polyols come from xylitol.
• Total Fat is negligible.
• Sodium is very low due to minimal contribution from lemon juice.
• Dietary Fibre mainly comes from strawberries.
